Module II : "Self Manager" - Refreshing New 6-Session Course Starting this Saturday @ ISV

         http://iskconsiliconvalley.com/

THE  COMPLETE YOGA PACKAGE

Module II : "Self Manager"

Session 1 : Overcoming Fear

You are invited to the complete yoga package which includes Yoga asanas, breathing exercises (pranayama), Vedic wisdom, and introspective meditation. We strive diligently to overcome many fears, however the necessary security measures like insurances, helmets, health checkups fail to free us from a disconcerting sense of fear and insecurity. The Vedic texts explain that all fear originates in an unbalanced material conception of life. Beyond the stage of material activity that preoccupies our mind lies a vast, unexplored realm of spiritual tranquility.

Special Visiting Guests at ISV & Grand Festival of Chariots

                                                 http://iskconsiliconvalley.com/

Dear Friends,

Hope this meets you all well.

ISKCON of Silicon Valley (ISV) is a vibrant place at the heart of Silicon Valley where you will find different inspirations from the ancient Vedic traditions of spiritual India. Many of our guests as well the devotees in the community are being nourished constantly by the positive sound vibrations from the sacred scriptures, loving glances of the Deities, delicious Krsna prasadam, guidance from our spiritual teachers and the loving association of each other. Many people from all over the world also get inspired by connecting to ISV virtually. All the insights we receive at ISV have been handed down through an unbroken chain of realized teachers and given to us by the grace of our spiritual master, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada. By his magical touch, a blind man is able to see the stars in the night sky and a lame man is able to cross mountains.

Come and get your dose of nourishment here at ISV. May all of you find what you are looking for.

UNDERSTANDING REAL HUMILITY

One of the most glorious attribute in a devotee is humility. It is an essential pre-requisite to offenseless chanting. In the beginning stages, humility is understanding that God is infinite and we are infinitesimal. As one progresses this blossoms into seeing everyone and everything as part and parcel of the Lord and thus worthy of all respects. Please join us to learn about real humility and its manifestations.

Being at the right place at the right time. You're invited to ISV!

                                              http://iskconsiliconvalley.com/

Dear Friends,

Hope this meets you all well.

Krishna is so grateful that He allows Himself to become controlled by one who performs even the smallest service. He is so forgiving and tolerant that He smiles patiently even at the greatest and unforgivable offence. He is so compassionate that His heart becomes tormented by others suffering – even if their pain is small. Who could ever fathom the greatness of the Lord? (Adapted from Srila Rupa Goswami's Ujjvala Nilamani)

Come and experience the sweetness and greatness of the Lord by hearing about His glorious pastimes at ISV this week.
