Special Lecture by H.H Hanumat Presaka Swami
We cordially invite you to join us today for the Sunday feast program where our special guest, His Holiness Hanumat Presaka Swami Maharaj will be giving a discourse on Bhagavad Gita. It is said in the Vedic scriptures,
sadhu-sanga sadhu-sanga sarva sastre kaya
lava-matra sadhu-sange sarva siddhi haya
" The verdict of all revealed scriptures is that by even a moment's association with a pure devotee, one can attain all success."
HH Hanumat Presaka Swami grew-up in California, USA. He graduated first place in Psychology in 1970 with minor studies in Biology and Electrical Engineering but left his Doctoral studies to go East. From there he got a Black Belt in Okinawan Karate and became a disciple of Srila Prabhupada in 1974. He served most of the time in the Temple in San Francisco and later with His Sannyasa Guru, Bhakti-svarupa Damodara Swami, with the Bhakti-vedanta Institute. Now he is a Visiting Professor with Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru and working in cultural and educational development programs in South and North America, Europe andIndia.
