Dear Friends,

Hope this meets you all well. We welcome you to ISV tonight for a very special movie night to be showcased by ISVWOOD on 'Deity Worship'. We also have a special seminar by one of our visiting guest speakers, H.G.Jayananda Das, this Sunday on the importance of Deity Worship in this age of Kali. 

Also we will start the glorification of Lord Rama by reading 'RAMAYANA' beginning this week and completing it before the auspicious Sri Navami (Appearance Day of Lord Ramachandra) on April 8th 2014 as we do every year. Please join us to take part in these wonderful events at ISV this week!

You are invited to the complete yoga package which includes Yoga asanas, breathing exercises (pranayama), Vedic wisdom, and introspective meditation. Sunday, March 23 - Sunday Love Feast

HOME DEITY WORSHIP

When Deity worship at home takes place and it is conducted properly, the Lord very kindly agrees to appear in the devotee's own home, and He accepts the family's worship, making the home into a temple. Please join us for an engaging discussion on the importance and process of worshipping Deities at home by a very special visiting speaker this Sunday at ISV.

First held in 1966 at the request of Srila Prabhupada (the founder of the Hare Krishna movement), the Sunday Love Feast has evolved as an integrated celebration of Lord Krishna’s pastimes: chanting, hearing spiritual knowledge, dancing, eating and generally sharing the bliss of Lord Krsna’s presence. Since then, this weekly Sunday Love Feast festival is celebrated in all Hare Krishna temples around the world. We extend a warm and hearty welcome to you, your friends and family. Please join us at ISV for this wonderful event every Sunday.

Furthermore, to offer sumptuous prasadam to the devotees is an auspicious activity.
