JUNE 22, WEDNESDAY : BHAKTIVINODA THAKUR'S SONGS OF DIVINE LOVE

Join us at twilight for Bhaktivinoda Thakur’s Songs of Divine Love!

Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura is a prominent preceptor acharya of Sri Gaudiya Vaishbava lineage. He was a pioneering spiritual leader, a householder, a magistrate working in colonial India under the British rule, a prolific preacher, writer, and poet.  He wrote volumes of books reintroducing the pure teachings of Lord Chaitanya at a time when those teachings had practically become lost. He composed hundreds of devotional songs glorifying Krishna to uplift the consciousness of the suffering people of this world.

Tonight, H.G Vaisesika Prabhu, will lead us through these beautiful songs of divine love through music and discussion.

Time: 6.00 – 8.00pm

JUNE 25, SATURDAY: SRIMAD BHAGAVATAM DISCOURSE

Srila Prabhupada states,"Srimad Bhagavatam carries with it all transcendental blessings of Lord Sri Krsna that we can expect from his personal contact". This week, our speaker, H.G Vaisesika Das, will talk about the art of learning from devotees. Join us for this enlivening discussion this Saturday morning!

7.30am: Brahma Samita followed by "The Art of Learning from Devotees" by H.G Vaisesika Das

10:00am: Guru puja followed by Prasadam

 

JUNE 26, SUNDAY - SUNDAY FEAST

Organize your life to take advantage of the time you have left! Our speaker will talk about the aspects of time management and how one can take advantage of one's time to grow. 

We cordially welcome to our Sunday feast program this week which includes kirtan, Bhagavad Gita discourse, Arotik and delicious prasadam.

VEDIC EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN

Vedic Academy offers Sunday School for kids from age group 3 - 15 yrs every Sunday from 4 - 6pm where kids learn about Vedic Culture, Slokas, Stories & Lessons from Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam etc., Bhajans and participate in Arts & Crafts, Dramas and much more.
