An atmospheric river is a corridor of highly concentrated moisture in the atmosphere that can carry a greater flux of water than the earth's largest river, the Amazon. Atmospheric rivers transport huge amounts of water over large portions of the earth, bringing intense rainfall and subsequent flooding. Just as Californians have been suffering through a five-year drought, so too the people of the world in this age of kali are suffering due to chronic spiritual thirst and a systemic drying up of spiritual knowledge and practice. How will these thirsty living beings find relief?  But, wait! We've just received this special weather alert: A major atmospheric river event, caused by Lord Caitanya and his devotees, is now pounding the world with heavy spiritual rain.  Come and experience the heavy spiritual rain at ISV this week! A volunteer will send you an evite when a Kirtan Mellows event would be scheduled near you.  ISV's (New) NAVADWIP PRESCHOOL Navadwip Preschool is a new education initiative of ISV that is meant for kids of age 3 to 5 year old. It is  open Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 12 noon and is located in Sunnyvale at the intersection of El Camino and Mary. The start date is November 29, 2016. You can enroll for this preschool for your child at the earliest. The curriculum is based on California (CA) state standards educational structure as well as Vedic Culture. A foreign language Sanskrit with structured instructions will also be a part of the curriculum.
