When microbial breakdown of organic material occurs, heat is produced. Therefore, heat suggests progress in the composting process. Similarly, in one's bhakti garden, one must cultivate tapa , a feeling of regret for having entangled oneself in the material world in the first place; impelled by this feeling, one must consciously control the senses and mind, fixing them in service given by guru, sadhu and scripture.  We extend a warm welcome to you and your family to join us for the classes and events this weekend at ISV! Lord Krishna, who is famous as a cowherd boy, is milking this cow. Arjuna is just like a calf, and learned scholars and pure devotees are to drink the nectarean milk of Bhagavad-gita. A volunteer will send you an evite when a Kirtan Mellows event would be scheduled near you.  ISV's (New) NAVADWIP PRESCHOOL Navadwip Preschool is a new education initiative of ISV that is meant for kids of age 3 to 5 year old. It is  open Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 12 noon and is located in Sunnyvale at the intersection of El Camino and Mary. The start date is November 29, 2016. You can enroll for this preschool for your child at the earliest. The curriculum is based on California (CA) state standards educational structure as well as Vedic Culture. A foreign language Sanskrit with structured instructions will also be a part of the curriculum.
