Kartik, or the Month of Damodara, (running this year from Oct. 24th through November 22nd) is a month for deepening one's Bhakti practice. Devotees eagerly await the arrival of Kartik every year, when they can sing the Damodarastakam prayers in the evenings and extend their heartfelt love and devotion as they offer ghee lamps before their Lord in the temple. The purpose of this seminar series is to pave the path towards understanding this topic and thereby increase our faith in the Srimad Bhagavatam. Understanding of the cosmos has a direct bearing on a civilization's beliefs, practices and culture. Discussions among devotees on Vedic Cosmology of 5th Canto will enable us to realize the importance of this topic for ISKCON's preaching mission. All are encouraged to attend, previous familiarity with this topic is not required. 7.30am: Vedic Cosmology Seminar - Final session by H.G.
