Hare Krishna Dear Devotees,
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!
This is to remind you that tomorrow we are holding a grand festival of cleaning the temple in preparation for the new temple move. This will be a fun-filled event. We request everyone to participate. There will be a jumper for the kids. So even the kids will have a lot of fun.
Timings: 11:00 am to 5 pm
During this festive event we'll accomplish the following:
1. Identify everything that will be moved to the new temple and clean them. This includes utensils, furniture, appliances, etc. i.e. everything. For items that will be moved to the new temple, we can box the item if we believe that we will not use the item in the next two/three weeks.
2. For things that we don't need to move to the new temple
- if the item can be sold, we'll put them in one pile (and sell them later)
- if the item can be given away to our devotees, we'll put them in another pile
- if the item can be thrashed, we'll put the item in the big garbage container (which we are going to rent for this purpose)
We'll work in every room including the altar room. Everyone will be amply fed and hydrated. Please come. Thank you.
