Dear Esteemed Devotees,

Ami Pranam Kori

All Glories to Srila Prabhupada!

We are celebrating Sri Krsna Janamastami at ISV this Thursday, Aug 25th, 2016.  Like every year, we are expecting thousands of visitors, especially in the evening. This email is to gently remind you to keep the following housekeeping items in mind so that everyone has a memorable experience.

1.       Smile!!  It is Krsna's birthday!

2.       For smooth passage, keep all entrances clear. Please co-operate with the Reception teams who will be operating both inside and outside the main hall. Enter through the areas marked for entrance and exit through the areas marked for exit.

3.       Prep your kids before coming to the temple that they need to keep the noise level down, and there should be no running around.

4.       Please do not bring the strollers inside the temple.

5.       Safety is of utmost importance to all.  Please make sure that kids do not play on the street.  If you find some, chaperone them back to the temple and inform Govind Caran Prabhu or Sukesvari Mtj who are security in-charges.  Please cross the road safely.

6.       Be courteous to the guests and make sure that they get a place to sit.

7.       In order to give chance to the visitors to come in, please do not stay inside the hall for too long during the kirtans.

8.       Please try to make your darshan brief and quick to allow continuous movement of the queue.

9.       During prasadam honoring time, please make sure that guests, older devotees and mothers with small kids get served first.  Please keep noise level to a minimum.

10.    If you see any suspicious activities please contact Govind Caran Prabhu, Hansapriya dasi or any of the members of the crowd control team.
