Since childhood he was very interested in yoga and Eastern philosophy. He graduated from Far East State University, Eastern Department with major in Eastern Philology Science. From 1983-1989, he worked as an interpreter and administrator at civic ships. Being fascinated from reading Bhagavad Gita, he visited India in 1984 which inspired him to learn and translate Vedic literature. Since 1988 , he has been involved in spreading widely knowledge about Vedic culture and philosophy. Vrajendra Kumar Das serves as a regional representative of International Bhaktivedanta Institute specializing in science and religion synthesis. He publishes regularly at "Eastern market" magazine in "Sciences + religions" section. At the present moment, he has been actively conducting programs on Vedic philosophy and psychology. ISV's (New) NAVADWIP PRESCHOOL Navadwip Preschool is a new education initiative of ISV that is meant for kids of age 3 to 5 year old. It is  open full day and is located in Sunnyvale. The curriculum is based on California (CA) state standards educational structure as well as Vedic Culture. A foreign language Sanskrit with structured instructions will also be a part of the curriculum.
