Please join us this Wednesday for an evening of Gita wisdom and Kirtans.  We invite you, your family and friends to take the opportunity to engage in the auspicious hearing of Krishna Katha, ecstatic Bhajans and Kirtans, partake in Krishna Prasadam.

SATURDAY, AUG 25 - SRI BALARAMA PURNIMA 

Balarama Purnima is the day of divine appearance of Lord Balarama. The glories of Lord Balarama who performed many wonderful pastimes as the elder brother of Lord Krishna are unlimited. He is the source of all spiritual power (bala). He is the original spiritual master of all devotees and by His mercy alone one can attain the Supreme Lord Krishna. Lord Balarama is also the first expansion of Lord Krishna and serves Him as Ananta Shesha, Lakshmana, Lord Nityananda etc.

At ISV, Their Lordships Mahaprabhu, Sri Sri Radha Madanamohana and Sri Narasimhadeva are magnificently dressed and adorned with jewelleries and colourful fragrant flowers on this day. Devotees observe a half-day fast. As a part of the celebrations, a grand abhisheka and a special arati is performed to Sri Sri Krishna Balaramafollowed by a delicious feast. The celebration culminates with Jhulan Yatra Utsava of Sri Sri Radha Madanmohana.

ISV's (New) NAVADWIP PRESCHOOL


Navadwip Preschool is a new education initiative of ISV that is meant for kids of age 3 to 5 year old.
It is  open full day and is located in Sunnyvale.

The curriculum is based on California (CA) state standards educational structure as well as Vedic Culture. A foreign language Sanskrit with structured instructions will also be a part of the curriculum. Maximum of 15 children can be enrolled in this session.

Vedic Academy offers Sunday School for kids from age group 0 - 15 yrs every Sunday from 3 -  7 pm where kids learn about Vedic Culture, Slokas, Stories & Lessons from Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam etc., Bhajans and participate in Arts & Crafts, Dramas and much more.
