Mridanga Class sessions for ISV devotees

Dear Devotees,  Vedic Academy is very excited to facilitate 2019 Mridanga lessons for our congregation from a professional and experienced devotee and teacher, Bhima Karma Prabhu.  Last year Bhima Karma Prabhu (mridanga.com) conducted the foundational workshop and the personal instruction that he received from H G Vaisesika Prabhuji is to train 108 mridanga players at ISV so more devotees can engage in this service for the pleasure of our Lordships Sri Sri Radha Madanmohan. This year Bhima Karma Prabhu will be back from August 6th-16th to continue with classes for the congregation.  This year the format will be slightly different, classes will be conducted in two locations covering the same content. This is being done to facilitate more devotees to get one-to-one attention from Bhima Karma Prabhu. As a result of this training, there will be a finale group performance that all participants will perform on Friday August 16, 2019 at Harinam at Palo Alto.  The first class (at each location) is for all students in that location (Beginner and Advanced to attend). During this Introductory session, Bhima Karma Prabhu will assess and divide the students into 2 groups - Beginners and Advanced. That way he can personalize his instruction for the remaining 3 sessions (for each of both the locations). These classes are open for anyone over the age of 7 years. As per Bhima Karma Prabhu, adults and children over 7 years of age, will both be able to learn together.  Registration: Registration cost is $100 for each student, that covers 4 days of instruction and the final performance.
