"Japa Flow" - Special Group Mantra Meditation program tomorrow at 8 am!

                            http://iskconsiliconvalley.com/

Dear Friends,

Hope this meets you all well.

After a hectic week, all of us will be looking forward for a stress free and relaxing weekend. Come and join us for a special group mantra meditation activity tomorrow at the ISKCON of Silicon Valley!

Mantra meditation is an ancient practice that originates from the Sanskrit yoga texts of India known as the Vedas. Mantras are sacred sound vibrations composed of transcendental syllables containing great spiritual power. The effect of chanting the mantra is that one can deliver the mind from contemplation of the mundane in order to reach spiritual satisfaction.

Please join us for the "Japa Flow" program tomorrow to hear about the various aspects of mantra meditation and also chant with us. This is a hands-on activity and you will experience inner peace and tranquility just by chanting once.
