This week we have:

Wednesday: "Template Follower or Contemplative Leader"  by H.G Hariguru Das

Saturday: "Win-Win 101: Success means to please the Lord" by H.G Navina Nirada Das

Saturday: The Complete Yoga Package

Sunday:  Sunday Feast Lecture by H.G Vaisesika Das

We extend a warm welcome to you and your family to join us for the classes and event this week at ISV!

WEDNESDAY, May 13 - Bhagavad Gita Discourse

In the mundane world, people are taught by way of mimicking or following a template for everything, beginning from pre-K to post-grad! Spiritual journey, on the other hand, begins when one develops a culture of thinking, a culture of intention and pursuit of divine ideals. Join us for a peek into the “School of Thought” of the divine Srimad Bhagavad Gita.

Time: 6.00 – 8.00pm

6:00pm: "Template Follower or Contemplative Leader": Bhagavad Gita Discourse by H.G Hariguru Das

8.00pm: Arati followed by Prasadam

SATURDAY, May 16 - SRIMAD BHAGAVATAM DISCOURSE

Srimad Bhagavatam 1.7.7 - "Simply by giving aural reception to this Vedic literature, the feeling for loving devotional service to Lord Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, sprouts up at once to extinguish the fire of lamentation, illusion and fearfulness."

Please join us for a thought provoking talk on the lessons from Bali Maharaj's pastimes.

7.30am: Brahma Samita followed by Discourse on Srimad Bhagavatam by H.G Navina Nirada Das - "Win-Win 101: Success means to please the Lord"

THE COMPLETE YOGA PACKAGE

You are invited to the complete yoga package which includes Yoga asanas, breathing exercises (pranayama), Vedic wisdom, and introspective meditation. We strive diligently to overcome many fears, however the necessary security measures like insurances, helmets, health checkups fail to remove from us a disconcerting sense of fear and insecurity. The Vedic texts explain that all fear originates in an unbalanced material conception of life. Beyond the stage of material activity that preoccupies our mind lies a vast, unexplored realm of spiritual tranquility.

When: Saturday, May 16, 2015, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Where: 1965 Latham Street, Mountain View, CA 94040
