Question whether Lord really protects us?

Dear Devotees,

Sometimes when there are difficulties in one's life, there's pain in one's life, there's a relationship that's shredded, there's something wrong with one's body, in such a desperate condition one says, "Lord, Please Help!" And instead of it getting better, it appears our problem goes from bad to worse to impossible.  In this situation we question whether Lord really protects us?

Based on Ramayana pastimes, HH Radhanath Swami answers this question -  "Sometimes people ask us why Lord Rama did not rescue Mother Sita instantaneously when She was in distress. He rescued Draupadi instantaneously when she was in distress, He rescued Gajendra and many others but why He took the help of His devotees in rescuing Mother Sita. The answer is simple. He wants to give credits to His devotees. He wanted to expose the selfess service attitude of Hanuman, Vibhishana and Jatayu. That is why it is called lila or pastimes."

As part of MSF Sankirtan Goal, we will continue to read  the nectarean pastimes of Lord Rama from the book: Ramayana - HH Bhakti Vikasa Maharaj. Today, we will be reading from page # 460-505. Please dial in even for few minutes and hear the pastimes of Lord Rama.

If you need a copy of this nectarean book, please contact Damodar Vamsidhari Prabhu.
