It has been brought to my attention ( 3-4 cases already) that TOVP donors have received mail from ToVP office and few have mistakes either:
a) Wrong Donation amount
b) Wrong Outstanding balance
Please connect me to ToVP point contact if that is the case and we would work with them to fix the gap. You do not have to worry on your donations done as we have a good system of record and ToVP office has gone through some changes recently.
Appreciate your kind support for them.
Also TOVP future donations should be paid directly to them and if you pay new donations to ISV or PLA now for ToVP , we would not be be tracking and passing the new donations to them.
