After a busy weekend of festivities, ISV is gearing up for yet another week of inspiration. We have a special seminar series this weekend offered to us by our visiting guest, H.G Radhika Raman Das (Dr.Ravi Gupta) from Utah. It's time for our annual kids Rath Yatra and we extend a warm welcome to you and your family to come and participate in this joyous festival. See you soon!

WEDNESDAY,  SEP 19 - GITA WISDOM

Please join us this Wednesday for an evening of Gita wisdom and Kirtans.  We invite you, your family and friends to take the opportunity to engage in the auspicious hearing of Krishna Katha, ecstatic Bhajans and Kirtans, partake in Krishna Prasadam. 

6.00pm - 8:00pm: Gita Wisdom  by H.G Vaisesika Das

8:00pm: Sandhya Arotik followed by Announcements & Prasadam

SATURDAY,  SEP 22 - SEMINAR SERIES BY H.G RADHIKA RAMAN DAS

Join us to dive deep into a special sanskrit seminar presented by the expert H.G Radhika Raman Das (Dr. Ravi Gupta) this weekend. Srimad Bhagavatam is filled with life lessons to relish and apply. The speaker will take us some of the amazing and thought provoking lessons from it related to forgiveness. Don't miss it!

8:00 am - 12 noon: "Seeking Forgiveness, Offering Forgiveness: Lessons from Srimad Bhagavatam" - Part 1 & 2 (with a short break in between)

Since it is the appearance day of Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura, there will be an arotik ceremony and pushpanjali followed by prasadam

SATURDAY,  SEP 22 - ANNUAL KIDS RATH YATRA

We cordially invite you, your family and your friends to participate in the very auspicious Kids Rath Yatra cum monthly Kirtan Oasis Festival on Saturday, September 22nd at 4.59 PM. Please do not miss this golden opportunity to chant the holy name and pull the holy rope of Lord Jagannath's Chariot. 

Please see festival schedule below.

4.59 PM- Kids Rath Yatra program starts at Elinor Cogswell plaza/park(264 Lytton Avenue between Ramona and Bryant streets) with kids kirtan.
6.00 PM- Aarti performed by kids 
6.20 PM- 56 bhoga offering. 
6.35 PM- Kids get chance to pull the Chariot around the Park
7.05 PM-Kids perform Kirtan, pull the Chariot and proceed towards Lytton Plaza on University Avenue (220 University Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94301) Route will be via Lytton Ave and Emerson Ave(See picture below).
7.30 PM- Rath reaches Lytton Plaza.
9.00 PM- Prasadam 


Please note that Harinam will start at Lytton Plaza at 5.59 PM while Rath Yatra is going on in the park. Kids will do the Kirtan at Cogswell Plaza and also while Ratha goes Lytton Plaza. 

56 Bhoga offering will happen only once and start at 6.20 PM sharp.  If you want to participate and would like to offer your bhoga to the Lordships please drop your preparations at Elinor Cogswell plaza/park by 6.15 PM. If your kids want to participate in pulling the chariot please make sure they arrive at Elinor Cogswell plaza/park by 6.30 PM.  All kids should be accompanied by a parent at all times. Volunteer help is needed and much appreciated.

ISV's (New) NAVADWIP PRESCHOOL


Navadwip Preschool is a new education initiative of ISV that is meant for kids of age 3 to 5 year old.
It is  open full day and is located in Sunnyvale.

The curriculum is based on California (CA) state standards educational structure as well as Vedic Culture. A foreign language Sanskrit with structured instructions will also be a part of the curriculum. Maximum of 15 children can be enrolled in this session.

Vedic Academy offers Sunday School for kids from age group 0 - 15 yrs every Sunday from 3 -  7 pm where kids learn about Vedic Culture, Slokas, Stories & Lessons from Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam etc., Bhajans and participate in Arts & Crafts, Dramas and much more.
