HH Hanumatpresaka Swami grew-up in California, USA. He graduated first place in Psychology in 1970 with minor studies in Biology and Electrical Engineering but left his Doctoral studies to go East. From there he got a Black Belt in Okinawan Karate and became a disciple of Srila Prabhupada in 1974. He served most of the time in the Temple in San Francisco and later with His Sannyasa Guru, Bhakti-svarupa Damodara Swami, with the Bhakti-vedanta Institute. Now he is a Visiting Professor with Ricardo Palma University in Lima, Peru and working in cultural and educational development programs in South and North America, Europe and India.
