Hope Your chanting the Hare Krishna Mahamantra and remembrance of Sri Sri Radha and Krishna is going well.
Please try to chant continuously, read Srila Prabhupada books and eat Prasad offered to lord. If you need to know how you can improve on this please do not hesitate to contact us.
I got overwhelming responses from all of you for the Modi event.
We are glad to help the community for this event but want to ensure you understand clearly the process and protocol we are following.
More than 510 devotees have used ISV as organization for the Modi event and we have got 175 pass for those people. These are named pass so not transferable (as per what the event organizers have said).
And all of you who got the pass please try to represent ISKCON of Silicon Valley nicely and please refrain from doing things which is not liked by Srila Prabhupada.
Best is to wear vaishnav cloths with Tilak and use your chanting beads to bring a change in world consciousness and to make the organizer feel the difference because of you.
The process we followed so far:
a) We asked to register our congregation members for the event using the Organization Code.
b) Than if you are one in the first 175 devotees who signed up first using ISV code than you would have received a RSVP mail from Organizer and if you confirmed on the RSVP than you can get a pass.
Please check your Junk and other emails folders .
Mail will come from noreply@pmmodiinca.com and Subject will be PMmodiinca: RSVP confirmation received for ( Your Name)
c) The data is managed by the Organizer so if you did not received the RSVP mail than you would not get a pass.
I hope you understand the above process and please do not request me for extra pass as that is not possible.
As next steps for collecting pass
In case you are not able to come tonight than you can come on Tuesday 8 to 9 pm or Wed 8 to 9 pm.
Please try to pick the pass by Wed as i travel for Dallas on Thursday and return on Monday next week. I would leave the uncollected pass with Sri Gopal Prabhu and Vrindavan Priya Prabhu cced in email.
Some of you have shown interest that someone else picks the pass and please tell the person to contact me.
